The working area is X = 600 mm, Y = 900 mm, Z = 200 mm.
Positioning accuracy is ±0.03 mm and repeatability is 0.01 mm.
It uses a 1.5 kW water-cooled spindle with selectable speeds up to 24,000 RPM (1–24,000 RPM).
The machine uses NEMA23 stepper motors with Leadshine drivers and Taiwan TBI ball screws on all axes, plus high-precision square linear guides.
The router uses the Mach3 control system and supports standard G-code. It is compatible with common CAD/CAM packages (e.g., Type3, ArtCAM, JD Paint, Pro/E, UG) which can output G-code.
Suitable for woodworking (doors, furniture, reliefs), plastics, acrylics, composite materials, artificial marble, and light/non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper and brass for mold and die work. Heavy-duty ferrous metal cutting is limited by spindle power and tooling and may require different equipment.
Maximum motion speed is 8,000 mm/min and the maximum engraving speed is 6,000 mm/min.
Machine weight is approximately 230 kg. Packing size is 1340 mm x 1040 mm x 1185 mm with a packing weight of about 250 kg.
Standard supply is AC 220 V single-phase (50/60 Hz). A 380 V option may be available—confirm required voltage and wiring with your supplier when ordering.
The spindle is water-cooled, so a suitable water-cooling solution (pump/chiller) is required. Confirm with the seller whether a chiller or cooling kit is included or must be purchased separately.
ACCTEK offers a 3-year warranty for the whole machine. Remote software setup and troubleshooting are provided free; main hardware parts (excluding consumables) will be repaired or replaced free during the warranty. Online technical support is available, and factory training is offered free after order.
Yes — on-site installation and training are available, but the buyer is responsible for related costs such as airfare, visa, hotel and training expenses. Factory training is also available free of charge after order placement.
Regularly clean the table and work area, lubricate ball screws and linear guides per schedule, check and tighten mechanical fasteners, inspect electrical connections, replace cutting tools and consumables as needed, and ensure the spindle cooling system is functioning properly.
Included accessories vary by package—commonly supplied items may include collets, clamps, basic tooling and cables. Consumables (end mills, bits, belts, etc.) are not covered by warranty. Confirm the exact accessory list with the seller before purchase.
