This product is offered as a 50L nano system and can be provided in larger sizes such as 100L. The number and size of fermentation tanks and overall capacity can be customized to meet customer needs.
The system includes a malt mill, brewhouse (mash tun/lauter tun/kettle/whirlpool), lauter basket, wort pump, fermentation tanks (3 x 50L effective shown), refrigeration system (chiller, glycol tank, glycol pump), controlling cabinet, movable stainless steel platform with wheels, and assorted sanitary pipelines, valves and accessories.
Fermentation tanks and brewing vessels are made from SS304. Exterior finish is brushed stainless and the interior is polished to a surface roughness of less than 0.6 μm for hygienic cleaning.
The brewhouse uses electrical heating for mash and boil processes.
The malt mill is a millstone type with adjustable grind, 0.75 kW motor and an indicated capacity of about 80 kg. The wort pump is rated at 0.37 kW with approximately 1 m3/h flow (includes a flowmeter).
Each fermentation tank in the listed 50L configuration has an effective volume of 50 L (total ~65 L), is SS304, has a cooling jacket, 50 mm PU insulation, a polished interior (<0.6 μm), and designing/working pressures of 0.3/0.15 MPa. Tank number/size can be customized.
A controlling cabinet manages brewhouse, fermentation and cooling system temperatures and controls pumps. The process and temperature are controllable and can be recorded to help reproduce recipes or import processes to larger systems.
The system includes a chiller (specifications provided: approx. 800 W/h, 0.35 kW motor indicated), a glycol water tank and a glycol pump to circulate chilled glycol through the jacketed vessels.
Yes. The system uses food-grade hoses with tri-clamp (TC) connections and sanitary valves/fittings to maintain hygienic fluid transfers.
The polished stainless interiors and sanitary fittings are CIP-friendly. A dedicated CIP/SIP system is not explicitly listed in the basic package but can be integrated or supplied as an option—contact sales for details.
Yes. The nano system is designed to bridge home and small commercial brewing. Its controllable, recordable processes make it easy to reproduce recipes and import process parameters into larger craft-brewing systems.
Individual component power ratings include the malt mill (0.75 kW), wort pump (0.37 kW) and chiller (~0.35 kW). Total electrical and utility requirements depend on the final configuration and any added options—please request an electrical/utility spec sheet for your customized system.
The product listing notes 'Projects On Site,' and many suppliers offer installation, commissioning and operator training as part of project services or as an add-on—contact the vendor to confirm available on-site support for your location.
Yes. The number and size of fermentation tanks and other system elements can be customized to fit your brewing volume, footprint and production needs.
Standard accessories include clamps, gaskets, pump seals, butterfly valve gaskets, a saccharometer and a raker. Spare parts availability and additional accessories can be supplied on request—contact sales for part lists and pricing.
