A compact hydraulic mobile crane mounted on a tricycle pickup chassis designed for lifting, handling and rescue work in tight sites such as ports, workshops, power stations and construction areas. Model: HC-3T.
Maximum elevating capacity is 3 tons. Actual safe working load depends on boom angle and radius — always follow the supplied load chart.
Maximum lifting height is 19 meters (with the main boom extended as per specifications).
Overall dimensions: 5300 × 1500 × 2250 mm. Total weight: approximately 5 tonnes.
Powered by a 25/28 hp drive. The hoisting motor is a copper-clad construction-machinery grade motor providing stable performance and good heat dissipation.
Main boom is fabricated from 70Mn plate (low-alloy high-toughness steel) to increase strength while minimizing weight.
The crane uses 68# heat-resistant, wear-resistant hydraulic oil. In normal use this oil life is typically quoted as 3–5 years before a full change is required; regular checks and contamination control are still essential.
It is fitted with 4 flat outriggers to stabilize the vehicle during lifting operations.
Fitted with 825-16 tires and uses a mechanical braking system.
Single hoist with a single main hook rated for a 3-ton load.
Key features include the robust 70Mn boom material, chrome-plated wear-resistant cylinder eyes/sleeves, flat outriggers for stability and a proven hydraulic system. Operators should also follow the load chart and safety procedures.
Daily: visual inspection of boom, ropes/hoist, outriggers, hydraulic lines and brakes. Weekly/monthly: check hydraulic fluid level, filters, bolts and pins, lubrication points, and perform pressure/functional tests. Replace hydraulic oil and filters as recommended based on condition and hours.
Certifications and warranty terms vary by supplier and market. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for available certificates (CE, ISO, etc.), spare parts lists, lead times and warranty packages.
Contact the supplier or dealer to request pricing, lead time, shipping options, and customization (mounting changes, accessory winches, control options). Many suppliers offer spare parts, operator training and pre-delivery inspection services.
