Intelligent Ultrasonic Generator

The automatic frequency modulation function enables the ultrasonic generator to automatically track and compensate the frequency
change of the welding head.When the temperature is too high, if there is wear or foreign matter on the surface of welding head, this frequency change will occur.

Start and emergency button

Two green start buttons design,must press both of them at the same time or it will not work in order to protecting the operator from hand injury when one-hand operating.
Once any emergency situation happen, we can press the red emergency button and machine will stop immediately.

Machine is equipped with Airtac cylinder, stable performance and durable. Cylinder diameter 100 mm with strong pressure.
