The DX68F is used for crimping/buckling high-pressure rubber hose assemblies, including large bends and irregular-shaped fittings. It's suitable for hydraulic hose assembly production and repair.
Crimping inner diameter: 1/4–2 inch (approx. 3–51 mm) depending on die set. Crimp outside diameter: 6–80 mm. Maximum jaw opening: 116 mm.
Maximum crimping force is 449T (449 tons).
Motor power options: 3 kW or 4 kW (customizable). Rated pressure: 31.5 MPa. Oil pump outlet flow: typically 5 L/min (10 L/min available on request). Voltage options: 220V, 12V, 380V, 415V or custom.
